Generated Content: Content generated through our AI tools is owned by you and may be used commercially without royalties or attribution to SINAIQ.

Our Property: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by SINAIQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

No AI Training: We do not use your content or generated outputs to train our AI models.

6. Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection.
• Credits: Credits are used to access AI generation features. Credit usage varies by feature and AI model used.
• Rollover: Unused credits may roll over to the next billing period, subject to plan limits.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on subscription plans. Credits that have been used are non-refundable.
• Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to the Service will end at the end of your current billing period
• You may export your content before your account is deleted
• Unused credits will be forfeited
• We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SINAIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
